Is it normal to hate your sister so much?

My sister is two years younger than me. I'm 20 she's 18 ever since we were kids we always fought she is lazy, doesn't do anything in the house when we were teenagers she used to wear my clothes without asking. Once I told her no she took my clothes and gave them to a few friends of hers so that I'd have nothing. Every day at my house we always have each an assigned day for chores when its her day she doesn't do anything,she doesn't even cook but she wants to come home and eat. She wears my clothes and doesn't even do her laundry if I wanna use my clothes I have to rewash them cos she doesn't don't do it. Sjeis so rude to me and also to my mom. I've seen mom cry twice cos my sister has been rude to her. She lately invited two of her friends to stay with us for the holiday. Her friends have been at my place for a month now... She didn't even tell mom that she was gonna have friends over. My mum gets migraines when she is stressed out. And right now she is. I try as hard as I can not to argue with her but its impossible cos she always does things to piss me off deliberately. The other day I was eating and I left to pick a call she took my food and pourd it out when I asked her she insulted me. When we were younger she always blackmailed me into doing things for her but I never gave in so we were would fight until she'd end up in hospital and my mum would take her side. So I decided to go to campua far away from home to be away from her and now I'm home. If I leave I'm afraid my mum won't do well with her around.
