  • One of my best friends was also raised a Muslim. When i met him he still was. We have had so many conversations about religion and my atheist beliefs killed his arguments everytime. It didn't take long for him to convert to spirituality. His family obviously didn't like it but damn...TRYING to be Muslim? Dude seriously if you don't believe that crap scrap it. And how fucked up it is, if your family doesn't accept you leaving the religion (even though you were never really into it) , then that's the way it's gotta be. It's YOUR life, you can't try to believe things you don't for the rest of your life, just to try and please your family. I also went to a christian school when i was a kid. But as soon as we got teached about God, i knew it was bullshit, even though i was like 7. If my parents were religious, i actually thing i would have converted them to Atheism by now. I've been attending university since i was 16, and i have converted MANY religious people to Atheism or just to non-relgious. For too many people in the world religion seems to be something you need? I honestly believe i live a infinite amount of times happier life than most religious people in the world. JKust go for what you believe !
