After learning that I am bisexual, my mom, WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE, told me that I was a freak, that no one would ever want me or love me, and she told me that she would not accept a freak like me.
I moved out and I have not spoken to her in 4 years and the mere thought of her makes me furious.
It sucks when you find out that the people you came from and won't ever be able to wash out of your blood are monsters.
I just found that out myself recently.
Has your mum apologised or tried to contact you since? Are you male, or female? My cousin came out of the closet recently and my uncle said some horrible shit when he first got told, but once hed calmed down hes actually been incredibly supportive
Never talk to her. My father is a bit in the same way except he always compares me to a failure no matter how well off I am, that among other problems with him. Five years and I've been doing great. I'm also avoiding another family member, Lucifer, and we are in the same house! I won't say one word or even glance at Lucifer. Don't let other people's garbage get to you, you have only one life so be happy.
Normal. How sad that your mother would treat you this way. Your not disposable. No matter who it is...family, friends, strangers on the street, don't ever let anyone make you feel like shit. Not talking to her is a smart move. Fuck the negativity. You don't need it.

My mother did the same thing when I came out for, get this, being aesexual. I haven't had the same relationship with her since then.
yeah thats normal i guess.. i told my mom i was a lesbian and she said i like dick too much. i didnt really care i laughed. we still talk n shit. try not to be so butt hurt over it.
When i was in High Achhol i had a teachter who had a lesbian sister, she told that her mother had wanted her sister dead inseaed of being lesbian, but i think you should talk to your mom, it cN ONLY GET BETTER THEN
Normal. But very sad that your mom is not open minded to her childs interest. I understand why you are furious, but in the end, it is not really worth getting worked up about. You are fine.
