I don't think it's jealousy. There is no reason why a guy who was always your friend should just drop you all because he got into a relationship with another girl. Its not normal for friends to forget about other friends just because they have a boyfriend or girlfriend suddenly.

But maybe the reason why he stopped talking to you is because you were actually one of the girls he was pursuing at the time, and now that this girl came along he just threw what you thought was a friendship out the window. Either way he's being a dick. Forget about him, and when things get rough with his "girlfriend", and he comes back around, its your decision whether you wanna be there for him or not. But I probably wouldn't. He's being an ass.

Jealousy is a normal part of life, maybe you should tell him how you feel and he might date you instead! Life is too short to not let others know how you feel.

I feel the same when their together but since my best mate had a girlfriend I've become good friends with her and now me and my bf speak more :) try talking to her, you may find that you have more in common then you thunk you might even become friends! what your feeling is Jealousy and completely normal :D
