Is it normal, to hate when people do this with shopping carts?

    If not the squeaky cart, there's always the risk of getting the one with the lame wheel.

      Oh I've gotten the ones with a bad wheel too. And a lot of times, I would put that one back to get another one, and STILL somehow get another one with a bad wheel.
