Have a pint at the pub on Sunday afternoon, and shift the conversation to religious undesirability of ancient Americans, and the irrationality of Aussies that voted for Dr. Who. Loosen the discussion up a bit with ice bridges, Chinese gun powder, and Southern Hemisphere magnetic disorientation. You blokes will feel heaps better when you forget about yourselves, and start appreciating the zoo of humanity that surrounds you.
