Is it normal to hate telling secrets?

fear, fear, fear, fearrrr... Some secrets will kill you without even noticing it! free yourself buddy! especially if a secret is very deep, it is good to share it with someone else. learn to trust others in this wild world. otherwise, you will get nowhere alone. cuz, alone you can't go far in the World and To go with others, you need to trust them.

It is normal to have trust issues and such. Some people don't trust others until they prove trustworthy. And even then....

If you don't trust the person keep your "secrets" and personal matters to yourself. Do trust your instincts on this.

And if you don't have friends with whom you can share personal things in confidence, its time to get new friend deserving of your trust and confidence!
