While I understand where you're coming from saying that people have gone great places from nothing, that isn't always the case. Fact of the matter is anyone can make something of themselves, but not everyone can. No matter how many people become rich and succcessful, we still need people to flip burgers and mop floors and do all of those low wage jobs, and with no experience and with their youth, those are the kinds of jobs teenagers are most likely to end up in.
I doubt most teens would have the knowledge to live on their own off of minimum wage. And I can understand disliking the kinds of teens you're talking about, but that certainly isn't everyone. I'm always kinda shocked by how many teenagers apparently party all the time, I never even drank before I came to college. Then again I alawys was one of the more responsible kids.
Is it normal to hate teenagers?
