Is it normal to hate stupid people

One thing that I've noticed is people's problem solving abilities and independent thought are really stunted from constantly just trading information all day. Think how education works in placeis like china, where all kids are taught is facts and no thought is placed into actually thinking through problems. So many problems are caused by stupid people freaking out in big groups
