Is it normal to hate singing?

I...freaking.....hate......singing. Whenever I see a movie ( take wizard of oz for example) whenever they have to sing, I just sit there and say in my head " stop the dam singing and get on with the movie" is it normal to hate singing so much

    If you don't like singing, don't watch movies with singing in them. Would you watch a war movie and complain about scenes with people dying?

    I hate singing to, If I watch a movie with singing in it I would go out of the theater, If I'm alone and watch something and singing comes up I mute the volume and sometimes turn on the captions If I need to.

    Musicals are one of those forms of entertainment where you either love them or hate them. I personally love them, but my mom hates them. It's just a personal preference.

    I hate any and all singing in movies, and especially plays. If I want music at that moment I'll listen to it, but otherwise no, I've low tolerance for that.
    And yes, perfectly normal not to want musical attributes in your entertainment.
