Is it normal to Hate silence mostly at night

    if its silent i hate it and if i caant do anything to make a sound i meditate relly hard and i can sense electrical objects say like a dvd on standby it makes the littlest noice and i can here it then i go to sleep silence is freakier then a bang in the night though
