      "Some people" isn't specific. I don't know how many people are sanctimonious, so I can't say "most people," as that specifies that it's more than half. I can't say "many people," as that implies a large number. I can say "some people," as that doesn't have any specificity besides just "more than one."

          If you're trying to imply that I am sanctimonious, I am not. I don't brag about being morally superior, nor am I pious or devout in a hypocritical fashion. My beliefs apply to everyone. Neither am I saintly, but I know you weren't implying that one.

                Yeah, it doesn't make me special. But it's pretty good mining that gem in a conversation about being sanctimonious. I really need a knife...omg and I only have 10,000 spoons...what?
