Is it normal to hate showering?

  • Most cats hate it too. =^.^=

I like it because I love that squeaky-clean feeling afterwards. The only thing that bothers me is dealing with my very long and thick hair. It takes a lot of work to shampoo it, sometimes twice, rinse it thoroughly, condition it, rinse it well again, dry it, comb all the knots out, and blow dry it. The whole process can take an hour, or longer if I use an iron on it.

    • Same here. Sometimes, if I'm lazy or running late, I'll just throw some dry shampoo in my long, thick hair. But showering itself helps me wake up so I don't ever skip it.

      • hehehe I actually have an assortment of pretty shower caps for the days when I don't have time to go through the whole hair-ordeal but still want the benefits of a shower.

I have some mild allergies (probably because I have two cats) so I always wake up feeling stuffy. A shower gives me immediate relief and gets rid of the drowsy feeling.

I never get out of a shower and think, "Well, I regret that!"
