Wow being Scottish myself I laughed at this.
Sure the weather is bad but it's alright in the spring/summer months. Hardly anyone here is depressed. There are lots of landmarks here Stonehenge, for one. Many castles as well. All very cultural. How can we have the lowest iq in Europe when lots of famous inventors and writers came from Scotland such as John Logie Baird (TV) and Alexander Fleming (penicillin). I love our accents.
I do agree about the chavs though but only in urban areas :p
