I treat teachers and other adults with the same amount of respect as anyone my age. Sure, I censor my language a little, but I don't see that they are worthy of more respect than I am or my peers are. And when adults are disrespectful to me or my peers or say something I think is out of line (for instance, one of my teachers this year actually called my classmate retarded), I speak up. People are people; it's not like being older necessarily makes someone better than you.
