No, it's not normal to hate perfect people, because no one is perfect. It is, however, quiet common to by envious of people who are very attractive, and exceptionally good at whatever they set their minds to do. This is more about you, and your own insecurities than it is about the so called "perfect people". Don't compare your insides to other people's outsides; you have no idea what that person might be going through inside emotionally. Maybe those perfect people that you don't like spend a lot of time studying, practicing and generally just working hard toward achieving their goals?
