The thing about these "perfect" people is that they are in fact, not perfect. They have issues of their own as well, but most people do not advertise their issues, so most people that aren't close to them won't know about them. The saying "you never know what goes on behind closed doors" rings true.
Also, I wouldn't get too hung up on popularity, athleticism, or good grades. None of those things really tend to matter after high school or college, and so they're pretty short lived, and unimportant in the grand scheme of things.
Whatever you do, do not compare yourself or your life to what you see from the outside of someone else's life. Another saying that rings true is "comparison is the thief of joy".
