Wrong. You are assuming that statistically it is being recorded directly as a death due to marijuana use which it's probably not, meaning that generally speaking the crime figures stats are being manipulated because they're not being recorded correctly in the first place. What proof do you have that no-one has died as a result of indulgent marijuana use? You don't. You're just following sheep rhetoric and jumping on the bandwagon and basing a statement on really, an ineligible claim. Perhaps the direct death of marijuana use is being listed as heart attacks or episodes of paranoid psychosis, which means its not to say people don't die from marijuana, but the claim is based on an event as a result of marijuana use, giving it almost a two-tiered perception.
I'm sure that deaths from pot are not nearly so dramatic as the media proclaims it to be, nonetheless I would not use "nobody has died from pot" as a pro-marijuanna argument.
Not to mention, it is difficult to judge whether there are more pot-related deaths or alcohol-related deaths consdering alcohol is much more widely used then marijuanna.
But, it's all the same to me. I still think alcohol is more dangerous in general.
