Ok so my mom blames me for everything!! Today (Jan 23, 2014) I was watching t.v around 12:00 and I turned it off 30 minutes later (made sure the t.v was off) then when my mom turns on the t.v and it doesn't work its my fault!!! Sometimes I just want to run away or kill her I get so pissed!!! Why does she always blame me?

Parents are like that. "Everyone has their baggage", my mom always says. She's my baggage, by the way.
Well, you can hate your mom, it isn't normal; I swore I hated my mom.. then the next day she fell from a pot hole, thought she was dying.. almost cried honestly. So when the time comes, you will remember the past and you will want the past more than the future.
I don't think either of what you said you want to do is even vaguely a good idea. Maybe try talking to her instead? If she refuses to listen, talk to another adult member of the family calmly about it and see what they think. But the important thing is to remain calm about it even if it's hard.
