Sibling rivalry is common, but only up to a point. Your brother sounds like a piece of work. If you never have had any good times with him at all, then it's ok to hate him. Just don't let that hate make you do anything regretful. It is not worth it to let anyone ruin your life.
Do well in school, and go to college is my advice. You'll meet so many more quality people in college because people are generally more mature. They say college is where you meet your friends for life. But anyway, even if you don't go to college, the point is you should take control of what you can to make yourself successful in your own life. Once you do that, it won't matter what your brother does to you, will it? He can live his life and you could live yours. Maybe one of these days your brother will come around. But until then, don't let your bro ruin your life.
