Not very eloquent, but still precise and generally true in a lot of cases. No matter WHAT your body looks like, a man while find you far more attractive if you are confident in who you are than if you aren't.
Following up with similar blunt, straight-forwardness:
A fat ugly chick who knows she's an awesome person will get a good man long before a beautiful, fit woman who thinks she's garbage does.

yup, or if tthe girl is totally awesome and has good taste and parkours, that helps alot too
