Is it normal to hate miracle whip to this extent?

Miracle Whip makes me almost want to puke when its on sandwhiches, subs, pasta salad, or wherever. It tastes like mayo that when bad and turned into sugar. It is just NASTY.

I like any kind of mayo, including miracle whip (even though it's not technically mayo). I especially like the kraft kind made with olive oil.

i thought it was a whipped cream... never would have thought it to be mayonnaise. our commercial brand here to get good mayo is Masterfoods.

Miracle whip is a form of mayonnaise. It has something in it (not sure since I don't buy it) that gives it a tang taste. The only mayo I buy is Best Foods. Alot of deli places use miracle whip. Ech!

Miracle whip is mayo with different spices added. It's okay to not like it, but it really isn't that different. You must be a picky eater.

I grew up with miracle whip, my husband with mayo. I've learned to eat mayo and be okay with it. He still won't touch miracle whip.
