Is it normal to hate milk

  • I can't stand milk unless it's in coffee or smoothies. Can't drink fullcream at all, only skim. My naturopath tells me I'm lactose intolerant, but I think it's pretty mild, if it is the case.

    I've forced myself to eat yoghurt, can't stand cheese on its own. What a lot of people don't know is that there are plenty of other sources of calcium. I've been told by a few doctors and nutritionists that the amount of dairy humans consume is actually unhealthy.

    Good sources of calcium are green leafy veges and seeds and nuts. Try broccoli, silverbeet, spinach (spinach is so yum) and sunflower seeds or almonds (I think...this is just off the top of my head).
