I'm not religious myself, but I do know that you cannot disprove heaven. There is no evidence to disprove it. There's evidence to suggest it doesn't exist, but there is also evidence to suggest such a place does exist. To say you have proof one way or the other, when that proof simply does not exist, is, like you say, "special pleading".
Based on that it sounds like you live in your own little world where all of your beliefs are fact, and anyone who disagrees is "ignorant, irrational, and brutish".
Funny thing is that if you believe this, then you're the one who's ignorant.
Stop pretending you're all knowing, and try listening to other people's views on things. You just might learn something.
