You know the saying about how there's no such thing as a bad dog, only bad dog owners?
We're all born selfish, noisy, smelly little shits. Good parents make sure they civilise their little darlings as soon as possible, and they do their best to make sure they inconvenience innocent bystanders as little as possible while that process is underway. Unfortunately, there's no shortage of adults who believe the whole freaking world revolves around them (usually because their parents did a crap job) and some of them decide to reproduce.
Not much you can do about that, but don't hate on the kids. I know they can be a pain in the backside, but you should actually feel sorry for them because they clearly have clueless parents who are probably going to totally screw up their life.
