    There are and always will be scumbags.

    There is not a lot we/you can do about it. Except attempt to lead by example.

    Try and not let the disgusting ones get you down too much.

    Whatever you do, never visit Blackpool, Lancashire (UK).

      I saw a guy taking a dump in the middle of the street in blackpool. At least he used toilet paper though
