Then fix it ;) from what you see, the problem lies in them being lazy. Or drugs. Or alcohol. Because what able-bodied person begs? Someone who wants the easy way out (lazy). Or, they're not really able-bodied (drugs). Or perhaps their body is able, but their mind isn't? Drugs, attitude problem, etc. So, my friend, I've given you some possible problems that can be solved, now how are you going to fix it ? ;)
Thanks. I remember being young and taking all sorts of drugs. I still held two jobs and just looked homeless. But maybe what you're saying is that I should identify the problem (possibly one of which you laid out in your post) on a case by case basis?
