Maybe you could talk to his family and have some kind of agreement that if she can prove (by DNA test) that it is his baby they'll keep looking after him when she goes out etc. and that if she refuses then she obviously has something to hide. If not, you might want to consider that they're only paying her baby so much attention because it's new, and once it grows up a bit (and maybe once she's had a chance to show her true colours) they'll go back to doting on your kid. I know it must be really hurtful and frustrating, but there is a risk that by demanding a DNA test you'll alienate his family.
Believe me I have told them 1 thousand times to tell her to get a DNA test as well as so has my fiancé! She won't do it! That's what gets me that they have NO PROBLEM at all with that. and believe me I thought they would give up on the baby to that it was just a phase but he was born in December it's now July! smh
