She sounds like a codependent control freak. I don't know her but I get the impression she wants to control other people a lot. It sounds like you're keeping it together pretty good though. I think she'd be a lot happier if she could accept she's powerless over her brother's relationship with you. It sounds like you're pretty smart though in understanding this is her issue. I'd be willing to suspect she's probably not a very happy person which tends to be the case with mean people. I wish you all the best.
