  • I think that you really need talk to someone i.e. a close friend or a family member. It is important that you do this because no one wants to see you harm yourself in any way. Once you have opened up to someone you will probably feel relief and you can then decide wether you need to talk to a professional about how you are feeling. Things will be ok and you will feel happy again if you just reach out and get some help
