The smelly little human parasites are repulsive as well as annoying. I mainly see them at Target, so I try not to shop there too often. A couple weeks ago I saw a kid standing in a shopping basket with her dirty tennis shoes. I'm 90% sure they're never cleaned.
A lack of discipline is to blame, teach a child consequences and they grow up a lot faster. Had she been my daughter there would have been no pudding and an early night for her after that display.
