You sound like a really messed up kid. I am honestly afraid of the adult you'll become. Your reactions are seriously not normal.
Ask your parents to get those cats spayed or neutered. After they are fixed they will usually not spray in the house. Your solution of peeing on the cat is psychotic.
As for the chewing, get one of those cable organizers and cover your cords with them.
Your cats are just acting like normal cats. Stop reacting violently and just keep your room and belongings closed off to them until you can move out. As someone mentioned, a spray bottle of water works well to keep them away. It's not good for you or the cats for you to continue being this way.
