    Anytime I See A Bird In A Cage On Anyones Front Lawn I Go Running Open The Cage And Get The Hell Outta There I Know It's Illegal And What Not But Idgaf That's Just Selfish On Part Of The People Who Put Them In Cages

        They put them in a cage so they do not lose the bird. Also why they clip the wings.
