I've never seem a white guy with black lady before... and every time I see a black dude around there's always some ladies have fun with him. I also noticed that it is rare that girls would go for a latino, but latinas seem to always get all the attention. I bet that have to do with alot of cutural thing, and believe me, I heard people outside of Amercia are alot better at attract member of opposite sex, especially men.
It's old fashioned to be so upset about it, that is so last half-century. In my family majority of them happened to be partially Native American, include me, and I already have some members by blood that don't appear to be white. Occasional I do feel jealous of white guy with hot latina girl, same thing as black guy with white chick, it's no big difference, so my verdict is that it's not normal.
