just beat him!!! some kids need a good beating.. but not too much though.
jokes aside.. does this person have any friends/families who can support her? does she need help herself?..
As for the kid, he sounds like he is just screaming for attention. or maybe he does want to kill his mom. kids are very honest you know :-)
