Is it normal to go to the bathroom in the shower?

For the last couple of months I started a new job in retail as an associate manager and have been really stressed out. I think because of this I've had bad diarhhea lately. In the past I've peed in the shower but lately I've been relieving my diarhea in the shower too. My wife found out the other day because she found a nugget in the shower. When she confronted me I denied it at first but finally confessed to it. She said it was gross and threatened to divorce me if I keep doing it even though I told her the water washes most of it away. Am I the only person that does this? I think its normal

    Look its normal when you're sick.
    But it can also make the shower smelly, and your wife likely puts some germ killer in the toilet periodically. She doesn't want to start sanitizing the shower everyday, especially with air freshener.

    Anyway, your wife said she doesn't like it. As no one in the house would. So respect her wishes, end of story.
