Ok In had read someone goes 1-2 times a week so I thought hey I will share my situation!I have been thinking of make a Dr.s appt soon. I HONESTLY go 1 time a MONTH if am lucky,most of the time its no big deal,there are times thou I am in so much pain and I have to go but I cannot get it out at all and I need to try enima.There was a time about 4yrs ago when I had to go to the ER I was in so much pain,they told me my intestines were twisted I made it threw that without any treatment (long story) I have always have bowel movements like this 1 time a month if I am lucky most time its maybe 1 every 2 months I just wonder if this is a dangerous game if I should go to DR and see what they say I have tried Miralax it works great for my youngest son but not at all for me!Another thing I wonder I have been trying to loose about 30bls and I cannot loose it no matter what!! I welcome any feedback from anyone but just do understand I an speaking the HONEST truth !

    Oh that can't be healthy. I advise you eat better if you don't already, get some extra virgin olive oil in you, it's supposed to be really good for the whole digestive system and body. Get plenty of fiber and green veggies, and drink alot of water aswell. If your still having serious issues, go to the doc again soon. But really try the extra virgin olive oil, cleans me right out.

      Hey Rabbit thanks for the reply ! How much extra virgin olive oil do you use? Do you just take it like by the tablesp full or what? I do eat lots of veggies and fruit I don't eat meats or dairy I am a vegetarian!! I am guessing your saying this olive oil works like a laxative? I am willing to try!! Just let me know how to take it !
