totally depends.
if it's in a shopping centre and i'm just doing my business, i wouldn't care about unisex-bathrooms.
In a regular toilet, if i come out of a stall and the one next door opens and there's a guy, i'll probably take him for a creep and kick him in the balls if he's too close.
I wouldn't really care otherwise.
As for toilets in, for example, night clubs, no fucking way. Thats also a place of communication, strategy consultation, etc...but luckily there's usually enough business to keep guys who are not on a SAR-mission out.
