Is it normal to go momentarily blind and lost?

So I've got this problem where I get very dizzy and go momentarily blind when I do something physical. Like right now I'm running track. I do the 800 and the mile. And by the last few laps I'm barely able to see and to know where I am. It's like I'm blind and I can't even feel my legs or any part of my body. I don't even know if I'm still standing or not. Is this normal for athletes?

  • You need to see help if u start goin blind for long periods. I'd have a blur spot every once in awhile but no memory loss or total blindness

  • Thats called dehydration. What you should do is get a nice large jug of water, and sip it throughout the day. Thats what they told us to do when I was on the wrestling team.
