I would simply be concerned with hygiene. Establishments may share these concerns and prevent you from entering their premises. Other than that, I see no issue arising from it. As for your clothing, a similar situation may occur with businesses, depending on what you mean by 'as little clothes as needed'. This would mostly be due to the occasional presence of children and the societal need to protect their 'innocence'. Again, I personally see no issue with it outside of these situations.
Just be careful not to walk on certain surfaces or cut your feet on rocks and other pointy debris, and it should be fine.
My grandpa went barefoot almost everywhere. He was a mechanic who owned his own business, and with parts laying around and who knows what on the floor of his shop, he went barefoot to work every single day. He loved to golf and would go barefoot unless the course wouldn't allow it. In that case, he'd keep his shoes on until he got to a hole where he could no longer be seen and kept them off as long as he could. He passed away at 79 this last August, and all family, Paul Bearers, and the majority of those who attended his funeral carried their shoes in and left them under their seat as a tribute to him.
Reading this made me smile. You go girl. Stay barefoot as much as you can :-)
