    You have to make yourself believe the things you say. If you don't, it will never work.

      Wouldn't that basically be lying to yourself? (If it's not something true of course.)

        Maybe. Or maybe not if you make yourself believe it, and then it becomes true by your belief in it. I don't really know sometimes.
