    It won't work. Zombies don't have a blood flow, meaning that the pill will have no effect on their dead bodies.

        Exactly. The pill might as well be a pebble for all the effect it would have. Erections work through blood flowing to the penis, and viagra stimulates this effect. But since there's no blood flow like I said, it wouldn't do anything for a zombie.
