    Look up angel lust, when you die from strangulation and hanging and shit there's a good chance you'll pop and keep a stiffy, chances are good that at least some male zombies- especially if it infects the already dead (thus masses of zombies rising from graveyards) some will have it, a post-mortem erection, a stiffy-stiffy.

    Oh, and it's not normal, no, most people do not want to have sex with decomposing but animated corpses.

    It won't work. Zombies don't have a blood flow, meaning that the pill will have no effect on their dead bodies.

        Exactly. The pill might as well be a pebble for all the effect it would have. Erections work through blood flowing to the penis, and viagra stimulates this effect. But since there's no blood flow like I said, it wouldn't do anything for a zombie.
