I knew someone who "allowed" his dog to get drunk by putting down alcohol. His reasoning was that it was the dog's choice and if the dog didn't like it, it wouldn't do it a second time. I'd argue the dog didn't know the side effects and he should have been a better owner. You're kind of forcing it on your pet, though. And I'm not sure blowing smoke in the eyes of an animal is going to be a pleasant sensation anyway.
