I am going to say that it is not normal, but please don't perform this on someone you don't have permission to do it with. Also please practice good oral hygiene. I will admit, that I do want to try this at some point.

God, I got goosebumps just THINKING about eyeballs!! They taste like mixing 1 part 6% vinegar with two parts sea salt and a dash of shoyu, and slathering the mixture on a fat, cool slab of chuka wakame. OMG. I could orgasm JUST from touching my tongue to a waiting, quivering eyeball, jittering slightly back and forth in the anticipation of my wet, bumpy tongue...
