Since she is 16 yrs old, then she is not pre-pubescent, and therefore you're attraction to her is valid. Heck, when I was 16 I flirted with older men, and had sex with my high school history teacher when I was 17. It's normal, so embrace it, and enjoy the hell out of it. Keep in mind, the age of consent is 16 in most countries. Be safe, and have fun! ;-)
HOWEVER, age of consent in majority of the United States, if that's where you are, is 18 with a few exceptions. On military bases, and some (very few) states age of consent is indeed 16. BUT- BE CAREFUL. Its not worth a 5 minute lay. Then if charges are brought and you get in trouble, you will HAVE to register as a RSO (registered sex offender). That would change your entire future for employment, places you can and can't go if minors frequent places. Amusement parks, movie theaters, etc. MY POINT-ITS NOT WORTH IT.
