Is it normal to get tired easily:

So whenever I run or go up stairs my legs feel like they could go do a few sprints but my chest feels so tired and I'm breathing heavily afterwards, but I'm lean, is it just a normal thing to feel more tired than your body does or does this mean im just not fit enough or i have asthma or something

When you run it really does hurt you, but at a certain point you are supposed to get high. I have never really gotten high off of running, but keep at it and ask your doctor if it is okay if you need to. It is worse for me now than it has been though. They all say I am healthy. I say I know what is wrong with me and it is not healthy.

I'd consider doing some cardiovascular exercise.

Sadly I have something similar which is my current normal and I know it's not normal from a health POV. Damn thyroid.

Problem is finding doctors who actually want to help (or even though who can)... So I know it's not normal on a logical level but can relate to it being normal on a personal level
