They're saying that when an incident happens on the news and they show a picture of the victim, the picture's usually pretty terrible. So they wouldn't have any other pictures and they'd have to use the glamour shots!
Victim, perpetrator, whatever.
What an odd thing to contemplate :/
The better I look, the more sympathy and fame I'll get.
Is it normal to get the glamour shots done before the "incident"?
