    i used to think getting sick was normal because TV school . government all said that was normal. then i learned about how sugar can cause chemical induced AIDS and shut off the immune system for 4 hours every time we eat some of it. Its not easy making every bit of food you eat , its very hard and takes work. But you get infected with the same crud everyone else gets around you. Difference is you feel sick for a few hours and they are missing school for a week . So yes getting sick from a cold virus is normal , its just not human.

            No my point was that diseases are getting stronger against antibacterials due to people washing their hands so much. These 'superviruses' appear mostly in hospitals.

              Not only that, but being too clean has been linked to higher incidence of allergies and more susceptibility to getting sick because you're not challenging your immune system regularly.
