Is it normal to get shoulder/arm pain from not eating for a while?

Is this a normal symptom of fasting? Today I tried fasting by not eating before evening because not eating a lot has worked against itching in the past (although first time I didn't eat a lot because I was actually sick that day, still it worked), and now it started to come back. But I did get aching pain while doing it that I'm very sure is caused by not eating for a while since I same connection has happened more than once

    Perhaps the lymph nodes?

Honestly it sounds like you have food alergies. It would best be to diagnose them, as opposed to not eating, and finding pains likely ftom vitamin deficiencies.

Is it the Left shoulder and arm? That might indicate a significant circulation system or heart issue; and you should have that checked out ASAP (emergency room is appropriate for unusual left shoulder/arm feelings or pains).

Yes it is normal to get headaches, stomach aches, shoulder aches, and all sorts of aches and pains from not eating because it puts stress in the body.

    • Normal amount I guess? Should you avoid drinking water, or make sure you drink a lot in this case?

Drink alot. Your body normally gets alot of its water from food. Without eating food you need alot more water.

That's how I can skirt the whole drinking water aspect of my life. I tend to eat water heavy foods like salad, vegetables, fruit, and soup.
